About Ms. SuJin Choi 

I would like to welcome you to Choiville, math wonderland!! :)

I am currently a Master Teacher for GWTeach at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. With GWTeach, I teach Step 1, Step 2, Knowing & Learning, Project-Based Instruction, and Functions & Modeling and facilitates field experiences for GWTeach students.

Modeled after the UTeach program, GWTeach provides students with the opportunity to receive their licensure as a middle or high school teacher in a STEM field along with a minor in STEM teaching. GWTeach partners with various schools in DCPS, so that students may gain experience teaching the lessons they write to actual students. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook'em Horns!!) with a mathematics certification through the UTeach Natural Sciences Program, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. I also earned my Master of Science in Mathematics Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to joining the GWTeach team, I taught mathematics at Ronald Reagan High School in Northeast ISD in San Antonio, Texas, where I served in various leadership roles focusing on creative thinking and exploration of mathematics problems. 

This website was created for my students when I was in San Antonio and now assists anyone who is looking to enhance their high school math curriculum.
